Emergency Out-of-Hours Service
If you require urgent communication support outside of our normal hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm), we offer an emergency out-of-hours service to ensure you can still access the assistance you need. We understand that emergencies can happen at any time – we’re here to help you communicate effectively in critical situations.
Our out-of-hours services are available during the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 6-11pm
- Saturday: 9am-11pm
- Sunday & bank holidays: 9am-4pm
We provide interpreters for a wide variety of urgent settings, including:
- hospital accident & emergency
- emergency doctors
- police interviews
- social services
- a sudden death in family
- a mental health crisis
