Emergency Out-of-Hours Service
If you need help outside our normal hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm), you can access emergency services.
Out-of-hours services operate:
- Monday – Friday 6pm – 11pm
- Saturday 9am – 11pm
- Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am – 4pm
We provide interpreters in a wide variety of settings such as:
- Hospital Accident & Emergency
- Emergency doctor
- Police interviews
- Social services
- Sudden death in family (bereavement)
- Mental health crisis
